Welcome to ABCD+! Please carefully read the following Terms of Use Agreement, as it governs your use of our video streaming services and related features. By accessing or using ABCD+, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ABCD+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the app after the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Use of the Service

ABCD+ provides the app "as is" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app"s availability, reliability, or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABCD+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mars, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
